I can't recommend Joe from Call A Plumber NZ highly enough. From the very beginning, he supported me through an extremely stressful and confusing situation trying to help my mum with a hidden underground water leak at her townhouse. The job itself was huge and complicated. The leak was part of an old body corporate infrastructure issue mixed in with volcanic rock, but in just 2 days, the team located and repaired it efficiently and professionally. They also went above and beyond by offering us a discount and are even helping us write a report for Watercare. Not only are they skilled and efficient, but they are genuinely kind, good people.
